Terms of ServiceTerms of Service

The following Terms and conditions of Service contain the terms and conditions that govern
your use of the gudfriends.com (or related) service(s). These Terms of Service describe your rights and
responsibilities. gudfriends.com Services are provided to individuals who are at least 18
years old or minors who have parental permission to open and maintain an account. Use of the
gudfriends.com web site service constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. Please
read them carefully.
After clicked the "Submit" button and completed the registration process, you are stating
that you are eligible for an account and you agree to be bound by all of these terms and
conditions of the service ("TOS").
Gudfriends.com reserves the right to add, delete and/or modify any of the terms and
conditions contained in this terms and conditions of service, at any time and in its sole
discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on the gudfriends.com Web Site. If
any modification is unacceptable to you, you can only choose not to use the gudfriends.com
website and service. Your continued use of the gudfriends.com web site will constitute
binding acceptance of the changes of the Terms and Conditions of Service.
In order for gudfriends.com to quickly, efficiently and professionally serve our customers
needs as well as to insure that all customer correspondence is properly documented, please
submit ALL inquiries to us via email. Inquiries will be confirmed to you within minutes and
responded to within 24 hours or less as long as your order number or the word
"gudfriends.com" is placed in the subject line of your email, and it is sent to
admin@gudfriends.comThis e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ONLY. Please DO NOT send emails to any other gudfriends.com email
address (unless you are requested) since it will be discarded as SPAM.
Customer certifies that he/she is over the legal age 18 and has the ability to enter
into any and all transactions on gudfriends.com website.
(1) Use of Official website of Gudfriends.com:
You agree not to use this website for illegal purposes.
You agree to not place content whether on blogs, forums, personal web pages etc, that contain nudity or pornographic content, sexual in nature, drug references, or that are violent in nature.
Accounts that violate the above will be CANCELLED COMPLETELY, with any points, cash rewards, or coupons
also cancelled.
(2) Orders
Orders are accepeted via http://gudfriendspage.multiply.com/ or on http://www.gudfriends.com/
Orders once submitted can only be amended by creating a NEW order within 24 hours with a note on the order asking for cancellation of the previous order.
(3) Payment
Payment methods accepted are:
PayPal, Western Union, Australia Post Money Order, Australian Bank Cheques, Bank/Wire Transfer.
In-stock items:
Payment must be made in full prior to order being sent.
Pre-Order items:
Minimum of 50% Payment at time of order, with remaining amount paid prior to shipment.
(4) Shipment
Items will be shipped as follows:
Instock Items:
These items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days from receipt of full payment.
Pre-Orders:
These items will be shipped within 28 days of the order, subject to receipt of full payment.
Or as per the shedule advised on our website for the item being purchased.
(5) Furthermore, gudfriends.com (or its related websites, persons etc) shall not be liable for any injury or damage to any person or property whatsoever. For the use of its services, websites, products by reason of, or in any manner growing out of, the Customer's infringement upon, unlawful, wrongful, or improper use of the product or service.
(6) RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
(6a) Returns/Refunds are only accepted with the express conscent of the Gudfriends management team. Refunds will only be made using paypal or by bank transfer at the discretion of Gudfriends, however, We may choose to also give you a coupon for future use in our store. Gudfriends may also choose to exchange the item, in either case we will discuss with you should the need arise.
(6b) CARE
gudfriends.com is not responsible for fading or other damage which is caused during
improper washing or care.
(6c) RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
gudfriends.com will provide a Return Authorization number and return address once a valid
claim regarding defective product is submitted to admin@gudfriends.comThis e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . This claim must be
submitted within 5 business days of the products receipt by the customer and must be
received by gudfriends.com within 30 days of the products receipt by the customer. When
requesting a Return Authorization number, the following information is required: Detailed
reason for return? Has product been washed or worn? Is the product potentially
wearable/usable or a complete loss to you? The email must contain the order number in the subject line.
gudfriends.com customer service teams will reply within 24-48 hours with either further
questions or with an Return Authorization number and a return shipping address. All returns
must be clearly marked with this number.
Once the product is returned to gudfriends.com via standard, tracked mail (gudfriends.com is
not responsible for lost returns that are not tracked), gudfriends.com Quality Control team
will inspect the product to determine if it is defective or not. "Defective" is defined as a
material manufacturers flaw in the product itself. Slight variations in color, design, product size, design size or the product "look" are not considered defects. A 15% re-stocking fee and return shipping
charges will be charged for merchandise returned that is deemed either not damaged or if the
damage is determined not to be the fault of gudfriends.com.
(6d) CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations of orders may be accepted upto 24 hours after order has been confirmed however a charge not exceeding 5% may apply. Please note that once an order is shipped it can not be cancelled.
(7) ORDER SHIPPING
Once we received your order (and payment recieved, it takes 1-5 business days for us to confirm item availablity with our suppliers (for pre-orders) and the shipping time takes about 7-14 business days for shipment to then arrive to you.(Sometimes, shipping delays may be incurred due to increased security processing with international customs, or public holidays.) Gudfriends.com utilizes well known, outside national & international shipping carriers. All shipping times are within the control of the outside carrier and therefore are not guaranteed by gudfriends.com. We do not currently offer overnight shipping on a local or worldwide basis. Shipping is available to all countries. gudfriends.com is not responsible
for any VAT, Duty Charges or Brokerage Fees at time of delivery. Please check with your
local laws and regulations as we are unable to advise you on these.

(8) SHIPPING CREDIT
A SHIPPING CREDIT is a product credit which may be applied towards the shipping portion of
any FUTURE product purchase during the 6 months which follows its issuance. This credit may
only be utilized for one future purchase and cannot be applied towards the product portion
of your future order.
(9) ORDER TRACKING
(9a) Items coming to/from an international Location
To track your order simply email admin@gudfriends.comThis e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it with your inquiry and our shipping
department will respond within 24 hours via email with your order status. You must include
your order number in the subject line of your email inquiry.
(9b) Items located domestically
These items may or may not be issued tracking numbers, if you need your item to be insured then
this will be arranged, if the insurance component was selected at the time of the order.
Gudfriends.com will not be responsible for lost items.
Domestic locations are: Philippines and Australia.
